Stride for Seminarians 2026

Join us for the 13th Annual Stride for Seminarians Memorial Walk on Sunday, September 20, 2026 at the Detroit Zoo.

Founded by John and Ann Mansour in memory of their children, Alexander and Gabrielle, the walk was born from tragedy, faith, and the overwhelming support they received from our Chaldean Church and seminarians. Since 2014, the community has helped raise over $1 million to support the education and formation of future Chaldean priests.

This year’s walk also honors the memory of John Mansour, who passed away in 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer. Today, the mission continues through the Mansour family and all those who support our seminarians.

Registration includes a t-shirt, breakfast, lunch, Mass, kids activities, and admission to the Detroit Zoo.
