Remember Me

Event Details

During the pandemic, restricted access to hospitals, churches, funeral homes, and even burials denied families the privilege to remember their loved ones in a traditional fashion. “Remember Me” is a prayer service on Saturday, September 18, for family and friends who’ve lost loved ones during that time. They will be hosting a prayer service at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery and other cemeteries in the area.

We encourage you to bring or send a photograph of your beloved family member that will be displayed on our wall of remembrance. You will also have an opportunity to create a personal memory ribbon in tribute, that we can display on our remembrance tree. During our service, each name that is provided will be read and prayed over. No one will be forgotten. We invite all parish faith communities, funeral homes and organizations to join us for this historic event. Each participant will be provided a commemorative program and blessed pocket cross to keep in memory of those who have gone to rest before us.

If you would like to take part in this celebration, we invite you to contact the cemetery location nearest you and we will provide you with all the necessary information.
