UPDATE: Regarding Reduction of Indoor Gathering Limit

The new Michigan mandate which goes into effect on July 31, limiting the number of people at indoor gatherings to no more than 10 people, will not affect our Masses or church gatherings. Churches will remain OPEN as is, including public Masses, Weddings, Funerals, Communions, Baptisms, and any other public activities.

All Churches will NOT rent their halls for any occasion and churches will not announce the locations of the memorials (taazy).

According to the new executive order, “neither a place of religious worship nor its owner is subject to penalty under section 17 of this order for allowing religious worship at such places. No individual is subject to penalty under section 17 of this order for engaging in religious worship at a place of religious worship.”
