To receive your exclusive commemorative hat, please present your voucher at Portal 71 on the second floor near the Ring of Honor, above the Priority entrance. You must have your gift item voucher scanned to redeem your item. All giveaway items must be claimed before the end of halftime.

Hats are one size fits all. We are ordering quantities based on total registrations, and a large number of hats will be available. Arriving early is still recommended.
Hoodies must be picked up during check-in at Little Caesars Arena (you will receive instructions via email after registering).
Each ticket includes one hat. For example, if you purchase 8 tickets, you will receive 8 hats—one for each ticket holder.
Yes. We work with team representatives to release additional seats and sections as tickets sellout. Please check back regularly for updated availability.
We are unable to refund or exchange tickets. You may try and resell them (e.g., SeatGeek) and then purchase through the official link instead.

No, there isn’t one designated section. Our group will be seated in the sections available through the official ticket link, so we’ll be spread throughout the stadium. You’re free to choose seats in any available section when booking.
All ticket holders will receive an email from team representatives in the days leading up to the game with full event details—including parking, event schedule, hat pickup instructions, etc.
