From December 10-12, 2021, the Most Rev. Francis Y. Kalabat, bishop of our diocese, visited our Boston Chaldean Mission (Immaculate Conception Chaldean Mission) in Wayland, Massachusetts!
His visit included a Catholic TV interview with the Most Rev. Robert P. Reed, auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Boston and President of CatholicTV. On December 11, Bishop Francis baptized two children (Issac and Rose) and celebrated Chaldean Holy Mass on Sunday. Deacon Chris O’Connelly and Fr. James O’Driscoll from the Archdiocese of Boston joined the Mass. We thank Dcn. Sermed Ashkouri for his wonderful service to our community in the Boston area!
