Post Abortive Ministry

fully known. fully loved.

He sees you.
He knows your pain.
He hears your cry.

His name is Jesus.

there is healing in His name, and He calls you by yours.

…you are precious in my eyes and honored, and I love you,
I give people in return for you and nations in exchange for your life.
Isaiah 43:4

a place of healing

whatever you carry,
you are welcome
here.

without judgment. without shame.
you don’t have to share more than you’re ready to. the Office of Life is here to walk with you after abortion—gently, confidentially, and at your own pace.
Come to me,
all you who labor
and are burdened,
and I will give you rest.
Matthew 11:28
healing pathways

healing is a journey. you
don't have to walk it
alone.

choose the path that feels right for you.

One-on-One Support

a private place to begin.
meet confidentially with a priest or trained minister who understands the post-abortive healing journey. share as much or as little as you’re ready for.

Support Circle

heal alongside others who understand.
a compassionate, moderated gathering with others walking a similar path. listen, share if you choose, and know that you are not alone.

Healing Retreat

a day set apart for healing.
step away for a one-day retreat centered on prayer, reflection, the Lord’s mercy, and the Sacraments—alongside others seeking healing too.
“grief and shame were weighing me down more and more each day. through the Sacraments, spiritual direction, and this community, I encountered the love and mercy of Jesus. they didn’t just help me heal—they reminded me that I am welcomed, I am loved, and I am a sister in Christ.”

a confidential next step

reach out whenever
you are ready.

you don’t have to know what to say. A message is enough. When you’re ready, someone from the Office of Life will be here to listen and respond privately.
you are not alone

questions you may be carrying.

yes. your privacy matters deeply to us. conversations are treated with care and confidentiality, and you are never expected to share more than you are comfortable sharing.

yes. you are welcome to take the first step anonymously or using only a first name. you can share more when—and if—you feel ready.

you do not have to tell family or friends in order to reach out to us. we understand that this may be a part of your story you have carried privately.

it is never too late to seek healing. whether your experience was recent or decades ago, you are welcome here.

no. you will be met with compassion, dignity, and love. our purpose is not to condemn you, but to walk with you toward the mercy and healing of Jesus.

yes. there is no sin beyond the mercy of God when we turn to Him. through the Sacrament of Reconciliation, forgiveness is available to anyone who sincerely seeks it.

you are not alone in feeling that way. you do not have to figure everything out before reaching out. we can gently help you understand what to expect and, when you’re ready, help you take that step.

no. you do not have to be Catholic to reach out or begin seeking healing. you are welcome wherever you are in your relationship with God.

no. while abortion can affect women in unique ways, men may also carry grief, pain, or other emotions after an abortion. fathers and others affected by abortion are welcome to reach out.

a member of the Office of Life will respond privately using the contact information you provide. you will not be pressured to share your story, attend a retreat, or join a program. the first step is simply a conversation.

no. reaching out does not commit you to anything. you can begin with a private conversation and decide what, if anything, feels right for you from there.

no. there is no cost to receive support through the Office of Life.

that’s okay. you are welcome to stay, read, pray, and return whenever you’re ready. there is no timeline for taking the next step.
The Lord is close to the brokenhearted, saves those
whose spirit is crushed.
