Team Captains:
• Each team needs a captain and will be our primary contact
• Captains, submit your rosters using this form (first come, first serve on name & color)
• This form must be submitted and all rostered players registered for your team to be considered “official & complete”.
• If your team is not “official & complete” by May 25th we will move on to teams that may be on our waitlist.
• If you have any open roster spots, let us know ASAP

Maximum teams – first come first serve
• Volleyball will be limited to 12 teams (minimum 8 per team)
• Soccer will be limited to 4 teams (minimum 10 per team)
